According to customer-provided drawings, car body part molds were milled using CNC machines. Based on these molds, body parts were manufactured, which were later assembled on the customer-delivered chassis.

3D scanning and design process
Project Description
Using a 3D scanner, the BMW E46 car was precisely scanned, based on which a detailed 3D model of parts was created. CNC machines were used to mill the molds required for parts manufacturing. The manufactured parts were adapted for serial (mass) production.
